Background
Ibuki is a young prodigy ninja-in-training from the Glade of Ninjas clan. In the UDON comics, Ibuki was abandoned as an infant and found by the Geki Ninja clan, who wanted to mold her into the perfect assassin. A fellow clan member named Enjo opposed the Geki's plans and would defect from his clan, fleeing with Ibuki and raising her in the Glade of Ninjas. While Ibuki is a skilled shinobi, she would prefer to live the normal life of a high school girl.

Ki Manipulation
- Raida: A technique in which Ibuki grabs her opponent, charges her fist with ki, and detonates it at close range, creating an explosion.
- Yoroitoshi: A super-charged Raida. If Ibuki fails to grab her opponent, she will fire off the gathered energy as a projectile.
- Kachofugetsu: A technique in which Ibuki kicks an opponent into the air, leaps up, and knocks them back down with a ki-enhanced punch.

Alpha Series Base Ryu
While Ibuki obviously can't scale to current base Ryu, she can scale to feats performed by Ryu around the time of Alpha 3. In Alpha 3, E. Honda fights on par with Ryu, and later fights Sakura. After losing to Sakura, E. Honda speculates that she might be stronger than Ryu. Regardless of whether or not he's actually correct, given that E. Honda fought Ryu before fighting Sakura, and could harm Ryu/knock him out, this should make Sakura comparable.
